48 Partners and Senior Managers attended the 2014 Kreston China Conference in Wuxi in Jiangsu Province hosted by Jiangsu Gongqin CPAs.

The Business Programme included a Kreston China Managing Partners Meeting to agree strategies to strengthen national and international collaboration. The group was joined by partners from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. The Conference Break out groups covered audit, taxation, valuation and construction. Discussions centred on increasing the effectiveness of communications across the service lines and developing the national intranet to extend sharing of best practice.

Edmond Chan, Kreston’s Asia Pacific Director and Regional Secretary said:

“This was our largest China Conference to date and it is extremely rewarding to see the commitment and enthusiasm of our members to further development and strengthen our China offering for entrepreneurs and listed companies throughout China and the world”

Jon Lisby, Kreston’s CEO, who was in attendance commented:

“The growth of Kreston’s China network over recent years has been impressive – we now have outstanding representation in 20 major cities with a number of additional branch offices. We plan to introduce new member firms in Chengdu, Changsha, Shenzhen and Yinchuan shortly to further extend our capability and geographical coverage”.
