November 30, 2009

Reeves+Neylan take top prize.

Reeves+Neylan LLP, a member of Kreston International and one of the UK’s leading Accounting and Business Advisory firms, won the prestigious national award for “Best Large Firm of the Year” at the Accountancy Age Awards 2009 recently held in London.

The firm has 25 partners and 230 staff in offices at Canterbury, Chatham Maritime, London Bridge and Gatwick and fought off strong opposition from other accounting practices across the country to come out on top.

In reaching their decision the judges described the firm as responsive, client-focused and able to meet clients’ diverse needs with a range of innovative and unique services whilst providing exceptional client service. The firm’s success in forging successful alliances – both nationally and internationally – to the benefit of clients was also highlighted.

One satisfied client commented:

“Reeves+Neylan provides the personal service of a small local business but has the resources and skills of a large firm”.

This award follows up previous national recognition for Reeves+Neylan which has twice won “Best Tax Team in the UK” at the LexisNexis Taxation Awards.

Clive Stevens, Reeves+Neylan’s Managing Partner and Chairman of Kreston, commented;

“This is absolutely fantastic news and we are all delighted!  Our Awards success shows that it is not necessary to go to a Big 4 accounting firm to obtain first class technical advice, with outstanding client service and delivery. I would also like to say well done to everyone at Reeves+Neylan on this achievement – our continuing success really is down to our collective efforts.”
