Duncan & Toplis have a full time opportunity for a Payroll Processor to join their team based in Lincoln or Spalding, Lincolnshire.
The Payroll Processor is responsible for providing an accurate end to end payroll service to our clients and managing tasks to strict deadlines for both weekly and monthly payrolls. You will be required to adhere to our security and quality standards with full support from your Team Leader and the wider team.
You will work with your team to share knowledge, ensuring consistency in procedures and standards, and looking at process and delivery efficiency to provide the best service to our clients. You will be given full support to ensure your role is a success and provided with training and development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have proven payroll processing experience, ideally within a bureau environment, but would consider industry, in addition to strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good time management and communication skills. Experience using SAGE and achievement of a Level 3 Payroll qualification are desirable but not essential.
