Payroll Outsourcing – The processing and monthly payroll, social insurance registrations procedures are the major functions within payroll outsourcing. Our licensed Social Insurance and Labour specialists can advise on local labour law compliance matters.

Cash Management – We would maintain a bank account under our client ‘s name and on a monthly basis, prepare funding requests, process operating expenses, payroll, and tax payments on their behalf.

Auditing – Our experienced CPAs, CIAs, CISAs would work with their overseas counterparts in conducting financial audits, internal audits, royalty audits and/or business reviews. We are one of a handful of firms registered with the PCAOB in the U.S.

SOX – Our professionals have performed dozens of SOX 404 engagements, especially as it relates to documentation and testing, for a wide range of industries.

Taxes – With our association with Hanato Tax Accountant Office, we are able to prepare a wide variety of corporate and consumption tax returns and advise on local tax issues.
