Kreston UK publishes its 2013/14 Corporate Finance Deals Report.

Kreston UK has announced the release of this year’s Corporate Finance Deals Report “Moving SME business in the right direction”.

The Report provides insights into some 133 Corporate Finance deals in the SME sector completed by the Kreston member firms over the period with an aggregate value of £656m.

The analysis covers:-

• industry sector – 49% in the Manufacturing, Healthcare and Business Service sectors

• deal type – 43% being sales, and

• sources of finance – 37% of the deals were largely funded by bank finance

the types and volumes of transactions that have been occurring across the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland.
