Kreston Principal Recogised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2013

Kreston International is pleased to announce that Cameron McGregor, Principal at its Kreston New Zealand firm McGregor Bailey, has been recognised for his services to rugby league in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List. Cameron, who has been owner-director at the firm for 30 years has been named as a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit.

Cameron’s award recognises over 50 years in the sport including numerous volunteer and committee member positions before he joined the Auckland Rugby League Board of Directors in 1996. Cameron has been Chairman since 2001 and is credited with helping to increase their assets from $5m to in excess of $30m.

In 2011 the Auckland Rugby League recognised Cameron’s service and commitment to the game by awarding him life membership, an award currently restricted to only 20 living members.
