Kreston performs strongly in 2021 IAB World Survey rankings

LONDON – Leading global accounting network Kreston International has retained its place as the 13th largest accountancy network worldwide, according to the latest edition of the World Survey rankings from International Accounting Bulletin (IAB).
Last year, Kreston International delivered 4% growth globally, reaching total fee income of $2.41 billion. The network came in 14th in terms of total staff, with 22,354 employees globally.
In terms of practice areas, Kreston ranked 9th for Accounting ($217.7 million), 14th in Audit and Assurance ($863.9 million), 13th in Tax ($570.8 million) and 13th in terms of Advisory ($369.5 million). Kreston’s growth in the Advisory space reached 60%, putting it in the Top 5 overall.
On a regional level, Kreston ranked 15th in Europe ($731.8 million), 13th in North America ($1.07 billion), 19th in Latin America ($34.6 million), 14th in the Middle East ($35.4 million), 16th in Africa ($27.3 million) and 13th in Asia-Pacific ($508.8 million).

Published annually, the IAB World Survey includes fee income from 52 global organisations, 30 networks and 22 associations, and is considered the global benchmark for the accountancy sector. Overall growth for networks was 3%, with total revenue reaching $210 billion.
