Kreston Menon Al Dohh enters Oman market
October 28, 2026
Kreston Menon Al Dohh has announced its entry into the Omani market, offering a comprehensive range of professional services. This expansion brings together the established market presence and relationships of Ali Al Dohh & Co under the auspices of His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ) at Mandarin Oriental on 27 October 2026.
The collaboration creates a comprehensive assurance and advisory platform for businesses operating in Oman, international investors entering the Sultanate and Omani enterprises pursuing opportunities in overseas markets with the multidisciplinary capabilities of Kreston Menon and the international connectivity of Kreston Global.
The launch coincides with the Kreston Middle East Conclave, being held in Muscat on 25-27 October 2026, with delegates from the Middle East, United States, Europe, Africa and India. The fourth edition of the Kreston Middle East, which will have more than 100 delegates from 20 countries, will focus on economic developments, cross-border opportunities and collaboration among Kreston member firms in serving businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Holding the conclave in Muscat also gives international delegates an opportunity to gain greater insight into Oman’s economic landscape and identify potential opportunities for businesses and investors in their respective markets.
Two established practices, complementary strengths
Established in 2009, Ali Al Dohh & Co. brings extensive experience in audit, accounting, tax and advisory services across a diverse range of industries in Oman. Founded in Dubai in 1994, Kreston Menon has grown into a leading regional audit and business advisory firm, with over 500 professionals across the UAE, India and the wider GCC, offering comprehensive expertise in audit, tax, financial advisory, corporate services, technology consulting and cybersecurity.
Raju Menon, Chairman of Kreston Menon, said:
“Oman has tremendous potential as an investment destination and as a base for businesses with regional and international ambitions. The coming together of Ali Al Dohh & Co. and Kreston Menon combines an established Omani practice with more than three decades of regional experience. Kreston Menon Al Dohh will work alongside businesses as they respond to change, evaluate new opportunities and pursue sustainable growth, whether within the Sultanate or beyond its borders.”
Supporting investment into Oman
The emergence of Kreston Menon Al Dohh comes at a time when Oman is expanding opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, tourism, technology, renewable energy, infrastructure and other priority sectors. The firm intends to contribute to the Sultanate’s investment ambitions by supporting international businesses seeking to establish or expand operations in Oman.
Its advisory teams will assist investors with market studies, business plans, feasibility studies and due diligence, helping them assess opportunities before committing capital. This will be complemented by support in areas including establishment and structuring, taxation, regulatory compliance, audit, financing and technology.
The objective is to provide investors with informed professional support from the initial evaluation of an opportunity through establishment and subsequent growth. At the same time, Kreston Menon Al Dohh will work with Omani companies looking to enter new regional and international markets, helping them assess expansion opportunities and access professional support in their target jurisdictions.
Connecting Oman with international markets
This cross-border capability is enhanced through Kreston Global, one of the world’s leading networks of independent accounting and advisory firms. The relationship creates a two-way business corridor, encouraging international investment into Oman while enabling Omani enterprises to pursue opportunities abroad.
Mohammed Al Dohh, Director, Kreston Menon Al Dohh, said:
“Over the years, we have worked closely with businesses across important sectors of the Omani economy and developed a strong understanding of their requirements and the market in which they operate. This association broadens the capabilities we can offer our clients. Businesses can now draw on specialist expertise across multiple disciplines and, when their ambitions extend beyond Oman, connect with professionals in markets around the world.”
Capabilities for a changing business environment
Kreston Menon Al Dohh’s service offering reflects the changing requirements of businesses in the Sultanate. Alongside audit and assurance, tax and business advisory, the firm will provide transaction and financial advisory services to organisations evaluating investments, acquisitions and expansion opportunities.
Its Debt Advisory practice will work with businesses and financial institutions on structuring and restructuring debt, strengthening financial positions and developing financing solutions to support growth.
Technology will be another area of focus. Through cybersecurity, digital resilience, technology consulting and AI adoption advisory, the firm will help organisations address emerging risks and integrate new technologies responsibly into their operations.
This multidisciplinary approach allows clients to access specialist support as their requirements evolve, from investment and establishment to financing, compliance, transformation and expansion.
A platform for growth
Kreston Menon Al Dohh brings together an established Omani practice, more than three decades of regional experience and access to professionals across an international network. Its ambition is straightforward: to help international businesses discover and develop opportunities in Oman, and to help Omani businesses take their ambitions to wider markets.
