About Liza Robbins

Liza Robbins is the Chief Executive of Kreston Global, a position she has held since 2018. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all network operational activities and works closely with the Board and other key stakeholders to drive the organisation’s strategic development. Liza’s leadership is focused on positioning Kreston Global as a commercially strong and forward-looking network that delivers value for its member firms and their clients worldwide.

A global executive with a career built across sales, marketing, and business development, Liza is recognised for her ability to deliver strategic growth and organisational transformation. She brings extensive experience from professional services, membership organisations, information technology, and publishing, and has established a reputation for building high-performing teams and implementing sustainable governance structures. Liza operates at board level with a strong focus on strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Education & qualifications

Liza is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors (IoD), reflecting her commitment to governance and professional leadership excellence. She holds a Law qualification from The University of Hong Kong, complemented by marketing qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where she specialised in Asian Marketing. Liza also studied Spanish at don Quijote, supporting her ability to operate effectively in diverse international markets.

Experience

Prior to joining Kreston Global, Liza served as Chief Executive of Morison Global for nearly a decade. Appointed as the association’s first CEO, she led a comprehensive transformation programme to strengthen and expand the organisation. Her tenure saw the successful delivery of the association’s first five-year plan, a full operational and cultural review, and the merger of Morison International and KS International in 2016 to form Morison KSi (now Morison Global). Under her leadership, the organisation became the first to receive both the Rising Star Association of the Year and Association of the Year awards, establishing its position as a top 10 global association of professional services firms.
Liza has also held a number of non-executive positions, including at MI Interact Limited (now InterAct Law), an international network of specialist law firms, and The Study Wimbledon, an independent preparatory school where she served as an alumnae and marketing representative on the Board of Governors.
Throughout her career, Liza has demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver strategic growth, enhance governance, and lead global organisations through change.
