About Tarek Zouari

Tarek Zouari is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of international experience in finance and audit. He serves as Managing Partner at Exco Tunisie, a member of Kreston Global, and chairs Kreston’s Africa Steering Committee & Advisory Group.

A former President of Exco Africa, Tarek has been instrumental in guiding businesses through international expansion and strategic planning. Passionate about innovation, he co-founded ventures like Paytea and Swiftlink Partners, as well as Zen Lab, an incubator fostering startups across Africa.

Tarek has successfully advised companies in sectors like telecom, construction, and mining, helping them establish operations in regions including North and West Africa, the Middle East, and Australia. His expertise spans subsidiary establishment, financial control, and startup advisory, making him a trusted partner for businesses navigating international markets.

Education & qualifications

Tarek holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales de Carthage, a Chartered Accountant Certificate from the University of Sfax, and a Révision Comptable Certificate from the Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d’Administration des Entreprises de Tunis.
