Education & qualifications

Frank earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico. He also holds a High School Diploma from Luis Muñoz Marín.

Experience

Frank has over three decades of experience in the accounting profession. Since 2015, he has served as Managing Member at Kreston PR, LLC. Prior to this, he was Managing Member at Kreston TLSR, LLC from 2013 to 2014. From 2011 to 2013, he was Managing Partner at PKF Torres Llompart, Sánchez Ruiz, LLC.

Earlier in his career, Frank was an owner and Managing Partner at Torres Llompart, Sánchez Ruiz, LLP, where he spent over 21 years overseeing financial operations and client services. His extensive leadership background has been instrumental in driving business development and ensuring high professional standards in the industry.
