Rezar Llukaçej is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kreston Albania, with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Education & qualifications

Rezar holds a Professional Master in Accounting and Finance with a specialisation in Banking from the University of Tirana.

Experience

Rezar established Kreston Albania in 2011, overseeing its evolution from Net-SFS to Net-SFS Kreston and, since 2020, Kreston Albania. Since 2014, the firm has been a member of the Kreston Global Network, offering financial advisory, audit, and consultancy services to a diverse client base.

Prior to founding Kreston Albania, Rezar was a co-founder and partner at Redi Consulting from 2003 to 2011, where he provided financial consultancy and advisory services, supporting businesses in financial planning and regulatory compliance.

Rezar began his career as an accountant at Flamur Lalo (EKR – Person Fizik) from 2001 to 2003, gaining foundational experience in financial management and reporting.
