Kreston Future Emerging Talent Conference

We are extremely excited to announce our inaugural conference for Kreston managers, as part of our Kreston Futures programme aimed at our network’s emerging talent.

The full day event, with a welcome dinner the previous evening, will be held in London the day before our World and European conference takes place, and is in response to high demand from member firms. The event will complement the main World Conference programme with its focus on leadership as well as technical training from our Global Audit and Tax group experts.

The event is hosted by our Kreston Futures Emerging Talent committee leaders, and will be facilitated by Leadership coach, Joanna Keeling, who also leads our Kreston Connected Leadership programme for new partners and directors.

Our interactive and highly practical programme will consist of morning sessions looking at the role and requirements of a Kreston firm manager and the challenge faced by many managers today. Joanna will take delegates through how they deliver impact with direct reports, clients and other stakeholders and help them build development plans to own and drive key aspects.
