  • Jack Griggs led the advisory team in supporting TSA Riley on the cross-border acquisition of D2 Global Ltd.

Advising Wessex Resins & Adhesives on its sale to PRO-SET

  • Jack Griggs, supported by Mark Cheung, advised Wessex Resins & Adhesives Ltd on its sale to PRO-SET Formulated Resin Systems.
  • Wessex is a family-run manufacturer of high-performance epoxy resins and adhesives with a legacy dating back to 1981.
  • The transaction supports PRO-SET’s strategic expansion into Europe and strengthens its global composite materials offering.
