Liza Robbins named 2026 Accounting Leader of the Year by IAB

London, UK Kreston Global is proud to announce that its Chief Executive, Liza Robbins, has been named Accounting Leader of the Year by the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB), recognising her exceptional leadership, global influence and contribution to the accounting profession.

Since her appointment in 2018, Robbins has led Kreston Global through a period of significant transformation, strengthening its position as one of the world’s leading international networks of independent accounting and advisory firms. Operating in more than 110 countries, the network has evolved under her leadership into a more commercially focused, globally integrated and future-oriented organisation.

The IAB award citation recognises Robbins’ significant international career and contribution to driving strategic growth and organisational change across complex global environments. With a background spanning senior leadership roles across publishing, information services and professional services, she brings a breadth of commercial and leadership expertise to the profession.

Prior to joining Kreston Global, Robbins served for almost a decade as Chief Executive of Morison Global, where she led a major transformation programme, expanded the organisation’s presence to more than 80 countries, and established it as a top-10 global association. At Kreston Global, she has overseen major strategic milestones, including the organisation’s rebrand in 2021, the relocation of its global headquarters to London, and its continued international expansion. In addition to her commercial achievements, Robbins is widely recognised as a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. As one of a small number of women leading a major international accounting network, she has consistently championed greater representation, modern leadership practices and inclusive workplace cultures across the profession.
