About Agnieszka Janeczek

Agnieszka is Head of Consulting of EXCO A2A Polska, a Polish subsidiary of the Group EXCO, Kreston’s French network of independent offices operating in the field of audit, accounting expertise and consulting. She is also a member of the Global Transfer Pricing Group at Kreston Global.

Agnieszka is a member of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors. She provides consulting services in the field of transfer pricing, business valuation, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, consolidation, budgeting and controlling, as well as direct and indirect taxes.

Education & qualifications

Agnieszka holds a master’s degree in International Economic Relations and a specialization in accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Experience

Agnieszka has been dealing with transfer pricing since 2014, providing support in the effective development of relations between related entities, economic analysis, preparation of transfer pricing documentation and assistance with preparation of reports to tax authorities. Her clients are Polish subsidiaries of international companies from different sectors of activities (distribution, wholesale and retail trade, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, services, etc.).
