About Andrew Tate
Andrew Tate is Chairman, Partner and Head of Restructuring and Transformation at Kreston Reeves. He also leads the Restructuring and Insolvency service line for Kreston Global Advisory Services Group. He works with businesses facing operational and financial challenges, delivering restructuring plans and, when required, managing formal insolvency processes.
Andrew has held leadership roles within the restructuring profession, including serving as President of R3, the trade body for restructuring professionals, and Chair of the Joint Insolvency Committee.

Experience
Andrew has over 25 years of experience in restructuring. He joined Kreston Reeves in 2011, following a career as a partner at Baker Tilly and then at a smaller practice. He currently leads the firm’s Restructuring and Transformation team, working with stakeholders to develop and implement practical solutions for businesses.
He has worked across various sectors, including technology, financial services, retail, and property, and is involved in pension-related matters through the Employer Covenant Working Group. He also contributes to international work through Kreston Global and INSOL International.
