About Rich Howard

Rich Howard Chairman Emeritus, a Non-voting Independent Advisor of the Kreston Global Board. He is a Director at CBIZ, based in the Irvine, CA office. He specialises in providing services to companies in the life science, high technology, software, manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and products industries. Rich joined CBIZ in September 2002, after 14 years at Arthur Andersen as an audit partner.

Rich has extensive experience leading global audits for multinational public companies, coordinating teams across jurisdictions. He has advised NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including revenue recognition, purchase accounting, and stock options. Rich has also consulted on financial restatements, SEC investigations, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He has led audits for IPOs, financial due diligence for acquisitions, and major purchase price allocations, including an $11 billion transaction for a global company.

Rich has a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.
