Rishi Sapra is a Transfer Pricing Associate Director in the Tax and Regulatory practice at MMJS. Rishi is based in Dubai and leads the firm’s transfer pricing services in the Middle East. He has over 10 years of international transfer pricing consulting experience in the UK, The Netherlands, Dubai and India working with Big Four consulting firms in these countries. Rishi helps clients with a range of transfer pricing aspects, including review of supply chain and business models, conducting value chain analyses, intellectual property, design of transfer pricing policies and preparation of robust transfer pricing documentation. He has also provided support with the practical implementation of transfer pricing policies and defending those policies in a tax/ transfer pricing audit. He’s skilled in assisting a wide range of clients, particularly small to medium enterprises, across various industries and growth stages. His expertise involves advising regional SWFs, family-owned businesses, private equity groups, and regional multinationals. He specializes in helping multinationals manage transfer pricing risk through practical arrangement structuring and addressing tax issues during business changes, including permanent establishment and exits.
