Kreston Global is a network of over 160 independent firms providing the core services of accounting, tax and audit worldwide. It is a friendly and collegiate network of community-minded firms that work together to help their clients expand and operate across the world. The Network is coordinated and facilitated by a small central team, led by Liza Robbins, our Chief Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the implementation of a social media channel strategy across all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, and WhatsApp. Helping to ensure the right content is used to engage our members and their clients.
  • Writing for the web, e-newsletters and social media and other content platforms as required.
  • Liaising with members to gather content for the website, using WordPress.
  • Assisting with the implementation of a social media channel strategy across all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, and WhatsApp. Helping to ensure the right content is used to engage our members and their clients.
  • Drafting articles, blogs and introductory copy for the web, e-newsletters and social media and other content platforms as required.
  • Liaising with members to gather content for the website, using WordPress.
  • Prepare reports and update feedback tables/digital stats, using Google Analytics, Buffer and eComms platforms.
  • Prepare digital materials (brochures/fact sheets/assist with video creation and other multimedia tools etc.) as needed using Canva and Movavi
  • General admin (scheduling via Outlook diary, Teams, Zoom meeting management, Monday.com) and assistance with preparing presentation and communication materials for specific projects
  • Project scheduling and communications with stakeholders
  • Creation and analysis of feedback via survey tools using Excel etc
  • Some international working needed so valid passport useful

Person specification, skills and experience required

Marketing skills

  • Degree-level education or equivalent in a marketing-led subject
    • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing role within a B2B organisation or equivalent
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
    • Use of video meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom etc
    • Ability to use more specific marketing software packages such as video editing, surveys, CMS tools
      and Google Analytics, social media platforms
    • Some use of InDesign/graphics packages
    • Understanding of SEO

General skills

  • Experience of setting up group meetings/chatrooms
    • Experienced in working as part of a team
    • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
    • Excellent English/business English required
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills essential
    • Desire to help and support colleagues
    • Demonstrable attention to detail required
    • Professional and the ability to work under pressure & multi-task
    • A co-operative approach, presentable and friendly
    • Ability to see and stay focused on the end goal/bigger picture
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, reporting back as needed
    • Participating in full team meetings and events
    • Experience of working in an international environment an advantage as will be managing communications across multiple countries and nationalities
