Ali is an associate at Groupe Conseil Union, Paris, France, and a member of the Kreston Global network. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University Paris-Dauphine. As a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, he has 20 years of experience in assisting medium-sized enterprises in various sectors such as IT, real estate, business services, and life sciences. Through these experiences, he has been involved in or led audit, due diligence, and internal control assignments for life sciences companies. He has notably contributed to the preparation of consolidated financial statements in IFRS and US GAAP for initial public offering projects and audited the IFRS consolidated financial statements of a biotechnology company listed in Paris.
