About Theo Theodoulou

Theo is the Kreston Global Audit Group Chair and audit and assurance partner at Kreston ITH Cyprus. Theo used to serve as NED for the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) (tenure ended 2023) and also as Chair of the CySEC Audit Committee for three years.

Theo currently serves as Vice President of the executive committee for the Cyprus Football Association and is also in charge of all the national teams of Cyprus. Finally, Theo was recently appointed as NED and Chair of the Audit Committee for eToro Europe, one of the world’s leading fintech companies.
