Jim Loughmiller has over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, consulting and business development. His experience covers all of the firms’ service offerings as well as new accounting pronouncement implementation including the new revenue standard (ASC 606), complex technical accounting, audit preparation/facilitation, SEC reporting, due diligence, financing transactions and compliance activities. He is experienced in IPO readiness and public security offerings.

His industry experiences include technology (software, SaaS, internet-based and hardware), services, energy/utilities, life sciences (biotechnology & pharmaceutical and medical devices), manufacturing, distribution and retail.

He performs detailed scoping and project plans, conducts risk assessments, deploys resources to address those risks, performs fieldwork and execution of the project plan.
