Connected Leadership Programme 2024

Kreston’s Connected Leadership Programme will create strong empowered leaders who are committed to being proactive in the international environment, who understand the need to develop sustainable thinking and who want to help deliver Kreston’s purpose of being connected across the Network. The programme is delivered by Joanna Keeling, a highly experienced leadership development coach and facilitator who has many years of delivering these transformational opportunities for organisations around the world.

The programme sits within the Kreston Business Connections Academy, a virtual college that supports our firms’ growth through learning and development across technical, business, management, and leadership areas. The management training within the Academy is structured around a central competency framework that seeks to develop our Kreston people’s core skills.
