International taxation in Latin America has been affected by changes brought by the BEPS plan implementation. The region has had to adapt tax practices and legislation in three main areas: 

1) OECD member countries, 

2) countries in the process of joining the organization, and 

3) countries impacted by the policies of this international organization. 

The objective of the Kreston Global Tax Group in Latin America is to present the main changes that have already happened in the region and to share best practices for any developments that could be implemented in the future.
